You own your words
You are responsible for what you write and where you share it. A card does not guarantee a reply, reconciliation, or forgiveness. Our writing guides are general suggestions, not professional counselling.
Free to use
The card editor and sharing features do not require payment. The service is provided as available, without a promise that every browser or messaging service will preserve every link.
Understand the limits
We cannot retrieve lost keys, reset card passwords, or recover private management links. New stored cards can be revoked using their management link; legacy link-only cards cannot. Check the recipient and content before sending. For urgent or highly sensitive matters, use an appropriate direct channel.
Retailer purchases
Purchases take place at independent retailers under their terms. We do not sell or issue gift cards, collect payment, or handle retailer delivery and returns. Check current product details at the destination.
